  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. In the case of prepaid orders, if your order is canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item (please refer to our Return Policy for details).

  1. Custom or Bulk Orders
    For custom or bulk wholesale orders, cancellations may not be possible once production or processing has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

  2. Refunds for Canceled Orders
    If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
    Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  3. Orders We May Cancel
    D_Bazaar reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable.
  • There are issues with payment processing.
  • The shipping address provided is incomplete or invalid.
  • The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent.
